Yoga Postpartum Exercises

Covering the first 6 months after childbirth, these four video classes provide the yoga postures you need to regain your figure and strength after childbirth, especially to get back your flat abs. Each video includes a series of yoga postures, all especially adapted for your body after giving birth. Classes last about 30 minutes.

·4 videos to re-sculpture your body and to recover safely after any type of birth (vaginal and via caesarean)

·Classes to cover the period right after birth up to week 12 and after...

·Each class introduces you to your practice with some relaxation follow by specific postures suitable for your stage and respecting your postpartum body

·End your practice with a lovely guide meditation.

·Notice that all the classes are presented with my baby so you can see how to adapt your practice and keep doing Yoga with a new born!

·You will also get one full class dedicated to working safely on your abdominal muscles to help you to reinforce your muscles and tone your abdominal wall
