Fundamentals of Autodesk Fusion 360 and Learn Metal Design

Welcome to this 2 part course! In this two part course you will learn the basics of Autodesk Fusion 360 and then we will get into more advanced parts of Fusion where you'll learn about Designing for Metal.

We first start off with Fusion 360 and you'll get an overview of the interface where you'll learn about modeling, sculpting, and rendering workflows in Fusion 360.  This course has everything you need to get up and running with Fusion 360 to translate your ideas into elegant CAD drawings and fabrication-ready designs.

In part 2 of the course, you'll learn all about designing for metal using Fusion. Learn how to build effective designs specifically for subtractive manufacturing in metal.

We'll show you how to build solid designs, simulate how the model will hold up to the stress of production and use, render the design for presentation, and finalize it for manufacturing. The workflows showcased in this course are tailored to help the nonprofessional CAD user.

Fusion 360 is a powerful CAD platform that is used for product design and engineering. It connects your entire product development process in a single cloud-based platform that works on both Mac and PC. In this course, you'll learn all about Fusion 360 straight from the pros with proven tutorials and training to design, build and fabricate your designs.
