Improving All Human Interactions

Improving All Human Interactions

In this course,  you will learn some practical ways to improve how you interact with your audience. Your audience might be a one on one conversation, a small group, or a large group. These strategies can be implemented in any setting, personal or professional. Throughout the course, opportunities exist to steal ideas and rethink how meetings and trainings are conducted. Together we will learn how to make every interactions safe, logical, fun, and memorable. Safe means people know that you can be trusted. Logical means you have a plan and you communicate the plan to others and stick to the plan. Fun means you capitalize on people's talents and remember to laugh. Memorable means you circle back to the topic at hand to make sure people understood what you meant.

Implementing these strategies means that you will be able to improve your work environment. It is important to make work fun. People quit things that are not fun. They don't go on a second date if the first one isn't fun. They don't watch a movie again if it wasn't fun the first time. If we don't make work fun people find somewhere else to work. These strategies will help you make work fun whether you are the CEO, HR Director, or brand new employee.

Together we will work through the four ways you can improve human interactions. You will have a note taking template to capture the new ideas and you will be challenged to try the new ideas with others then come back and gain more.
