Top 5 Most Common Topics in Family Constellations Explained

In this animated course, I created a compellation of the most common topics and the most common traumas in my practice. These cases are also from my book "Healing the Presence of the Past".

Symptoms are develop from exclusions; when a member of a family has been cast aside, forgotten, kicked out for not complying with the family values such as the black sheep. An exclusion will then set an imbalance in the family field that moves through generations unconsciously causing entanglements, health problems and life struggles until someone looks at it with love.

Bringing the excluded back has a healing effect in the entire family. A change in one affects the others as all members of the system are interconnected through the field - "An invisible elastic band, that never breaks and has an in-built memory," Rupert Sheldrake.
