Firstly, for many years, I had my own personal struggles with intrusive thoughts and as a result, I had to navigate a lot of trial and error in finding the right techniques to deal with these thoughts My name is David Pope. I am a counsellor in private practice specialising in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, couples therapy, OCD and trauma.
