In this course you will learn the proper form and techniques for the 3 biggest lifts that are the foundation to any great workout program. Once you have mastered the 3 big lifts you will be able to begin expanding and building on top of a strong and well crafted foundation. Without a strong foundation many things will crumble weight lifting is no different. Not only will you learn proper form and techniques you will learn the reasons why. Preventing injuries is a key objective when working out in the gym as we age and get older form will play a more critical role in our working out and weight lifting careers. Thru this course you will learn the proper stances and techniques of correct form from me. I have competed on world stages and hold state and world weight lifting records thru the many years of training I am not able to share my knowledge with others. Competing at the collegiate level has opened me to see various techniques and lifts along with some of the most common injuries most lifters and fitness people experience while working out. My goal will be to teach you how to safely exercise while building a strong foundation which you will begin to built your temple on!
