This course will provide you with the information you need to identify the areas of stress in your life, and learn the early warning signs . You will learn the differences between Occupational, Emotional, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual stress. You will be able to identify and learn which of the survival responses, fight flight or freeze, you relate to. You will also learn to identify areas of your personality that make you more susceptible to stress, and how to re-educate your subconscious mind to break cycles and negative reactions. You will learn the importance of a balanced life, mind, body, and soul. How a structured nutritional diet can help reduce the symptoms of stress.  You will learn about colours and how they can be used in a positive way to influence and reduce stress, how they are used in our day to day life by marketing industries various other areas such as schools and hospitals.  You will learn numerous strategies including breathing techniques, mindful walking and various natural supplements, and also coping tools in additions to general life skills, that will equip you in order to restart and redirect your life.  You will learn about mind maps and using colours to assist in improving and inspiring your mental outlook.
