The Power of Self Talk

The Power of Self Talk

Your self talk is how you interpret and process your daily experiences. It's your judgements and your inner critic.

Building a strong inner voice will truly change your life. It's key to be able to make consctruive critisism, to be kind, to build problem solving skills and to be supportive of yourself.

Human nature is prone to being negative, but it doesn't have to stay that way. The moment we become conscious, we have the ability to change things around. We have the ability to reprogram our mind from it's default mode.

One thing for sure, this is not a course of toxic positivity. Positive self talk is not avoiding your current reality. This course is about changing your inner dialogue to work for you and not against you. It's about being honest with yourself, holding yourself accountable, and yet doing so in a loving and compassionate way (the only way that's beneficial).

Everything we do and how we feel relies around our thoughts and how we speak to ourselves. Our self talk is extremely powerful in determining our self image and what we choose to do or not do.

It's important to become conscious of what your self talk and to use it to your advantage. Doing so is moving towards taking responsibility for your life and that's one of the first steps of your self development journey.

Think better. Live better.

Learn to use your thoughts to your benefit to optimise your action taking skills and build self esteem.
