Hello, my name is Bec and I am so excited you are here. Welcome to the Postnatal Fit Course - Returning To Exercise. It’s a proven training plan to help your body post pregnancy. This 20 week exercise course has been specifically created for those areas that new mothers need most, including restoring your deep core, strengthening your pelvic floor and moblising your body. Follow along at your own pace and slowly reintroduce exercise while repairing any diastasis recti (abdominal separation).

A training program you can trust

I know when you are a new mum you have a million things on your mind. Trying to figure out a safe exercise routine shouldn’t be one of them. As I mum and a fitness specialist, I wanted to bring all the vital information in one place. A place that has all the information you need without the ‘bounce back” guilt mentality. It can seem overwhelming, especially considering what your body has just achieved (growing a human from scratch!) but it is possible. I have crafted a course with all the info from a women’s health continence specialist, a dietitian and a health coach. I am passionate about pre and postnatal fitness and I personally did each and every single workout in this course. So I know it works because I did it myself. No need to worry about fancy equipment, you can perform these workouts in the comfort of your own home, at the park, or at your local gym with a few basic items. It has been such a wonderful journey and I am so excited to share it with you.

What you can expect

The Postnatal Fit Course provides you with weekly workouts that you can perform throughout your postnatal journey once your body has had time to heal. This includes your rest and reconnect phase, along with stretching and rehabilitation, and in-depth information on the pelvic floor. I also included vital information from a highly qualified physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health & continence to assist you throughout this extraordinary l time. Plus, you will also receive a guide on nutritious foods to include every day with serving sizes to help. A course full of essential information you will need. You haven’t seen anything like it!
