This course is intended to:-


  1. Help  those who want to enjoy work thereby enhancing the quality of their life, to get more out of work, not just the pay cheque.

  2. Give you an insight into the nature of work and how we can be affected by it.

  3. Give an understanding of the sources and causes of stress at work  so that we become more aware of them.

    When we are aware of something, then we can consciously do something about it.

  5. Develop strategies that enhance our state of wellbeing. That state of wellbeing  which serves to improve our productivity, redefine our purpose and allow peace and joy to radiate from self. This course is for you if you want to have a fulfilling life where work enhances your overall wellbeing.

  7. Give a framework  to identify what we need to change in order to have a positive and rewarding experience from the world of work.
