Make Art and Meditate: Create a Mandala and Calming Practice

Are you someone that has already experienced the benefits of meditation and creativity and would like to take class that allows you to enjoy the process of experiencing the two practices?

As an Art teacher for Pre-K through 6th grade as well as adults, I have helped hundreds of students experience the way just 20 minutes of ‘art time’ changes the mood and offers a sense of grounded. These practices change the atmosphere in a classroom and it can change and shift the mood and perspective in some pretty significant ways.

I am happy to offer you the first in a series of stand along classes that help you to experience more calm, peace and clarity through the use of simple meditation practices while creating a beautiful piece of art that you would be proud to display or to give as a gift.

We will practice affirmations, experience the benefits of Tibetan bowls and play with color and the beautiful circle that will build a sense of clarity and calm.
