This course lays out the foundational beliefs that are necessary to overcome adversity and then, like the icing on a cake, provides you with a simple but extremely powerful technique for harnessing the incredible power of your own mind to propel you forward toward your goals and dreams. It is composed of an introduction followed by five main lessons and then an additional "bonus lesson" that contains additional life-changing nuggets of wisdom. The course also includes a word document that contains all the suggested "life-changing questions" that are mentioned in the course. This is included so that the student is not required to spend time writing down the questions as they are introduced.

There are, however, two extremely vital elements that the student MUST bring to the course in order to have success. The first is the ability to take action. Watching the videos is simply not enough. Each of us must find, within ourselves, the motivation to actually take action after watching the videos, to actually do what is necessary to reach out goals. The second is the self-discipline to invest the time to think deeply about the life-changing questions, each morning and evening, and to write down some of the many thoughts that flit through our brains every day.
