Are you someone who feels intimidated by writing, drawing, perhaps even the whole concept of creativity?

This course is the result of years of experimentation to find the perfect mix of creating something aesthetically with the minimal amount of space and fuss to create more peace in your life.

Maybe you are new to the concept of keeping an art journal.

Perhaps you want to try it but are working with limited space.

Or you are looking for an "all in one" kit that is more portable and can be done while you are on break at work (that's what I did!).

This course is a no pressure way to give art journaling a try.

I am an art journaller. But in a bit of an unconventional way because I wasn't particularly artistic in school but I loved to write. About 14 years ago. I started playing around with how to art journal in a way that did not seem too overwhelming. I like writing but not too much when I have a busy schedule. I love quotes. And I love photographs of 'ordinary' things.

This format is laid out in the course in a very systematic fashion where each week will be themed based.  You will download the pictures and quotes and you will create a journal that is uniquely yours.  I will give you the tools and the instructions but no two journals will look alike. 

At the end of the course, you will potentially create 25-30 journal pages.  And you will experience more peace, more clarity and more confidence in this practice that will add value to your life.
