My course will take an in depth look at infertility issues, foods to help support your body on the journey, male infertility issues, safe essential oils, ways to track your cycle, one on one support on understanding your tracking charts, and so much more. This course is not for diagnoses purposes but to give you an insight as to what might be the going on with your fertility and what COULD be the causes. Often doctors can be quick to dismiss ours concerns but when you have a detailed list of what is going on and you know your body they are less likely to be dismissive and listen to what you are saying. Knowing your own body is the key to advocating for yourself!

My hope is that after finishing this course you have a better understanding of not only your own body but a confidence in advocating for yourself with your doctors to get you where you want to be on your fertility journey.
