Once you enroll in the course, the first thing you'll be asked is to take a self-assessment survey to critically analyse your current situation with respect to 4 parameters:

The course is broken down into 4 weeks and there'll be a new theme each week that contains meditation exercises, mindfulness techniques and guided meditations to help you improve the above 4 parameters.

In Week 1, you'll learn the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness, the difference between the two practices, its benefits and the biggest myths holding people back from getting results from meditation. You'll also learn the 3 stages of meditation and practice it with me step-by-step as I carry out a meditation session in front of you.

In week two, we talk all about how to break the flow of stress, effectively manage it and beat stress at its own game using advanced mindfulness techniques so that you can be more calm and relaxed.

In week three, we talk more about channelizing your energy by using the power of meditation to boost your focus and productivity, so that you can stop looking for the next productivity hack and actually start getting more done in less time.

Week 4 is all about quieting your monkey mind and unleashing your creativity so that you can come up with better ideas and insights.

That's not it. You'll also find 7+ meditation & mindfulness exercises and 3 themed guided meditations to make sure you can have enough practice.

And because I want to make sure you apply everything you learn, you'll get tons of worksheets, templates and workbooks along with the lessons to put your learnings into practice and actually see results from everything you'll learn inside the course.
