Being resilient & strong internally is vital for us to adapting well in the face of adversity and the ability to bounce back from challenges. The current high speed and ever-changing environment we are living in is a source of unexpected stress for many people. Hence, resilience is a crucial skill that individuals at all levels should consider developing.
