While the world around us focuses on telling you to fight against your body, I'm here to support you with a compassionate and caring approach that works WITH your body. For good.

I'm a registered dietitian and an intuitive eating counsellor. I used to think I was the expert in telling you what to eat, but now I know that does not work. You are the expert in your body, no body else can feel how your body feels. I am the expert in guiding you to develop a peaceful relationship with food. I practice from a non-diet perspective where all bodies are welcome.
