It is not a replacement of Program Management course.

It will guide briefly what are key concepts of each domain(i.e. Strategy, Benefits, Governance, Stakeholders, and Life Cycle) of Program.

• Provide Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Application Context

It will help to understand the context in which one need to fill Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Application.

PMI is not interested to see definitions and jargons in your PgMP® application.

There is a reason we have more than 1.2 Million PMP® credential holders in World, and less than 5000 PgMP® credential holders.

• Guide How to Identify Scenarios For Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Exam Summaries

PgMP® Application needs to document experience in Strategy, Benefits, Governance, Stakeholders, and Life Cycle Domains.

It will help to identify scenarios which you encounter when leading the program. You need identify three to four scenarios in domain and how you manage it, with specific framework, tool, or technique.
