In just 4 weeks, transform your life with daily habits and movements that will teach you how to work with your body and naturally take control of chronic pain.

In this course you will learn chronic pain-friendly stretches, poses, and movements influenced by the study of yoga that are designed to help you manage your body. This course and routine was designed by a Certified Yoga Teacher for those with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, back pain, neck pain, hEDS, chronic fatigue, in addition to other chronic conditions.

Week 1: Our 4-week program begins with building a foundation for the body. You can not build on a crumbling foundation. Evaluate where you are now. Identify pain triggers in your life. And learn how to achieve a neutral state in the body.

Week 2: The body is introduced to gentle stretching and habit tracking. Learn low-impact stretches and poses designed to strengthen your body at its core

Week 3: Learn chronic pain-friendly yoga poses and low-impact movements.

Week four: Continue to build on these practices with more poses and movements and help you connect with the body on a deeper level. Learn how to move your body in a natural way that actually works to reduce chronic pain.
