Social media for Non-Profits

Can I raise money via Facebook? Yes, for sure you can, but it will not happen "automatically"! I will show you in this program how to build your online audience and to be creative in what to post. You will see that a non-profit organisation can raise millions of rands via Social media. If others can do it, then so can you! The training will give you practical advice from people in the NGO field who already raises funds via Facebook.

This training series will convince you of the importance of Social media, and give you practical guidance on how to manage your Facebook page.

I have said in nearly all my training with regards to promoting your organisation, that "Marketing is a COMBINATION of things you do CONSISTENTLY over a LONG PERIOD of time." This "Combination of things" includes Social media. Social media is an essential ingredient that HAS to be part of the marketing mix when promoting your organisation.

Maybe you do not like Social media and that is 100% ok because it’s your own personal choice. However,  in promoting your non-profit organisation you HAVE to put your personal views aside because it is VITAL for your organisation to have a solid online presence – as is the case with any business in the world!
