In this course, we going to discuss some sure ways and core values I hold dear to my heart, which have led me to live a more meaningful life while being able to control my mind (most times).
Having power over our minds is a very crucial skill that determines the quality of life we are going have
So with that said having control over our minds means having a more pleasant and meaningful life
We going to look at various factors that help control our minds which includes how to control our emotions, both positive and negative thoughts, detachment, meditation, fear, gratitude, virtualisation and how we deal with others
We are also going to discuss how to control energy and look at some ways to improve our energy management
We going to look at how to gain real freedom and break down some factors that outline real freedom and what it can mean to you
We will also take a look at complaining, comparing and criticising and what type of impact that has on our lives and most importantly our minds
In conclusion of this first part of my mindfulness course, we going to look at fear meditation and how you can change your perception of your fears.
