What are the eight limbs of Yoga? Is there a right way to meditate? Which effects have asanas on our body? How can you align your body safely?

Only a few questions we are going to address in our 50 hours Yoga course. This course is designed to give you an introduction into asana alignment, Yoga philosophy, meditation, basic mudras, yogic anatomy and more.

We included 12 modules, combining theory and practice and you will be guided through the different Yoga practices. Learn the traditional Hatha Yoga Sun Salutation; understand how Yoga affects your respiratory system; what are the origins of Yoga and how it developed; how to use sukshma vayayama (gland movements) to keep your body strong and flexible; the most effective way to breath and how to correct poor breathing patterns; to control the energy in your body with mudras and pranayama and so much more.
