Anxiety - Getting Over The Basics

Anxiety is a subconscious fear, normally unknown to the rest of the brain. Once this fear takes place, one must suffer through each symptom, and take what comes. When someone decides to fight back, then the unknown fear, can come out the open, and once again be solved. Like anything else in the brain, and answer, and solution is being looked for in all parts of life. How to do this? Why should you attempt that? Anxiety is no different. Once a solution for anxiety has been determined by the mind, things seem to get back to normal, and life can continue as usual. Self-Esteem & Self Confidence are normally affected by anxiety and can be covered with illusions of the fear. You must learn to fight back and get your mental posture back, in order to feel that sense of normality. Once this is done you can achieve goals and successes once again. The trick is to understand what is going on with yourself & what is happening to you during the anxiety trial you have. This tutorial is design to go over some of the basics when it comes to anxiety, and the different types of anxiety. As my first tutorial, please take a look, and leave back any feedback, on what could be changed, or what you think should be added.
