This course is designed to support your teenager on their journey to leadership. Tools are provided to help with the thinking process when encountering many situations and circumstances that teens face. They will gain knowledge that will help them navigate the world from the inside out. These strategies go beyond their teenage years but will allow them to create the life they were meant to live. The unit begins by discussing a growth mindset and how to implement it into everyday actions. Next, self-Love is covered and broken down into four components of which it is made up. The purpose of this section is to self-examine and place more attention on self. This is then followed by the topic of Gratitude to examine how this quality is beneficial for relationships including the one with self. The topic of positivity brings it all together to empower healthy patterns of thought and behavior. These habits will attract the right types of friendships that are loving and supporting. Healthy friendships are identified and discussed to improve friendship-making skills.
