The course is set for the beginners and people who are looking forward to learning the basics of Mandala. In Hinduism and Buddhism, the Mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol that represents the universe. The circular patterns represent the idea that life never ends and that everything is interconnected. The mandala also signifies the viewer's own spiritual journey. Your holy circle is your mandala, and it tells your narrative. Drawing mandalas as a type of art therapy can help people cope with anxiety, tension, and stress in general. Drawing encourages creativity and serves as a means of releasing emotional tension. The goal is to proceed carefully and draw one shape at a time, travelling around the entire circle and placing that one shape in the correct location. Then you expand on that design by sketching other shapes in the same way around the circle. As far is coloring a mandala is concerned, the findings back up the idea that coloring a mandala reduces anxiety substantially more than coloring on a plaid pattern or blank paper. Through the journey, we will be learning about it's origin and history, basic shapes and designs in mandala, blending mandala with different art forms such as doodling, coffee painting, worli art and mandala on different canvases like glass bottle.
