By the end of the course, you'll know all the foundational yoga poses, how to make sure they work for you, and you'll be ready to take the next step on your yoga journey!


This course is open to anyone who wants to learn to practice yoga! Students will move through classical yoga poses, transition to and from the floor, and learn balancing poses in a way that is adaptable, accessible, and safe.
