Welcome to a class dedicated to your personal development! No need to wake up at 4 AM, have a complicated morning routine, or run like a hamster to master time management, productivity, and your day to achieve your dreams.

In these modules, you will learn how to clear out the clutter and get clear on your priorities, set effective goals and actually achieve them, and manage your time better and be productive while maintaining balance!


Workshop 1: Assessing your Current Status and Getting Clear on Your Priorities

To clear the dust and start clean, we need to first get comfortable with where we are at. In this workshop, we’ll deep dive into your current status, figure out the blocks and how to unblock them, and get super clear on your priorities and what actually matters to you and set the foundation to build upon that you can come back to over and over again.

What we will work on:

+ identifying and clearing blocks

+ looking at your current life and what inspires you and what saps your energy

+ your priorities and guiding principles


Workshop 2: Creating Effective Goals & Tracking to Make Them Happen

This is going to be fun! In this class, we will work on creating extremely effective goals that you actually have the STEPS to achieve. We are going to go way beyond SMART goals and create something that will be easy to stay on track with so you never let them sit on the backburner again or find yourself struggling to remember what you even wrote down on New Year’s.

What we will work on:

+ creating goals in each area of life – or whichever ones you want to focus on

+ making steps and definite milestones and actions to achieve them

+ how to actually do the things and make sure you stay on track


Workshop 3: How to Plan Your Days & Weeks to Increase Productivity, Time, & Energy

Putting it all together, in this workshop, you’re going to learn strategies and a clear, easy method to plan your days and weeks that will increase your productivity and allow you to create more time and energy to do everything you want to do and more with plenty of fun and laughter along the way. With this workshop, you’ll be able to walk with a lifetime strategy that you can apply to your life with just one hour a week. Yep, you can really regain control of your life, clear up the dust, get energized and inspired, and keep it that way with just 1 hour of your time a week.

What we will work on:

+ planning your days, weeks, and months to make your priorities and goals happen

+ creating a structure and system that will go everywhere with you

+ simplifying the calendars, journals, notepads, and stickies into one thing
