Influence a difficult person using 8 keys

Influence a difficult person using 8 keys

You have someone difficult to influence at work?

A boss, a client, a colleague? A dreadful mother in law?

You are not connecting with your boss? Is there even friction?

You are not being heard by your supervisor? You feel like your boss might be unsupportive, stubborn or close minded?

  • 57% of employees quit their job because of their boss. I know: I did that twice.

  • And on top of that, an additional 32% have seriously considered leaving their job because of their manager. I know: I thought of it more than twice...

What if I could teach you how to influence your boss (anyone) using a simple model?

In this course, I will show you the eight (8) keys I used to influence difficult bosses (and some clients).

You would only need to adjust the words you use when communicating with your boss (live, email, video).

The visual model I assembled uses 8 core tactics (meta programs) + two useful visual templates you can use to map your boss ways of thinking and to adjust your communication. I teach you how to use the templates.

You will be able to use this model to adjust to “your own boss”. Start thinking about him/her now and how does he/she thinks and communicates with you.

By the end of this training, you will be able to already influence your boss.

Disclaimer: the results of the course itself cannot be guaranteed (e.g. that it works on your specific boss).
