Your Menopause Makeover Workshop

Every woman goes through menopause. Most women know next to nothing about peri-menopause and menopause which are the most monumental hormonal changes in a woman's life. It can cause significant negative effects on our health and our quality of life. We aren't taught about it in school, by our doctors, or even our mothers because it has been a taboo subject that "isn't talked about in polite company". It is time to bring it out of the dark ages and end the suffering and bewilderment for so many women. If you are experiencing symptoms such as weight gain, brain fog, insomnia, anxiety, hot flashes (and about 25 more symptoms) and you don't know what to do about them, then this workshop is for you.

My name is Susan Marks and I am a Certified Nurse Practitioner and I believe women over 40 suffer needlessly from this hormonal upheaval, and I hope this workshop will change all of that.

Video #2: What is Menopause?

This video goes in depth about your hormones, how they affect each other, what happens when their production diminishes in peri-menopause, all so you can understand and appreciate the huge changes your body is experiencing.

Video #3: What Does Menopause Feel Like?

You are not alone! Many women feel like they are all alone, they are the only one who is going through this, where life feels really hard. But you are not alone! I explain why you are feeling so poorly, have no energy, and are angry all the time. You aren't going crazy either.

Video #4: What is Your Future?

You will understand why managing this transition is so important for your future good health. If you just leave it to chance, and just endure it until it passes, these hormonal changes can have a very detrimental effect on your health. Your risk of heart disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes will be much higher if you do not initiate the action steps recommended in this workshop.

Although this transition may seem overwhelming, there is a lot you can do to support your body, minimize the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms, and actually improve your overall health.
