Welcome, thank you for choosing this life mission course, my name is Maria Garcia and I will be happy to accompany you in these 10 sessions.

There are two important days in life. The day you are born and the day you discover what you were born for. I promise you that it is a very deep course based on concepts of Neurolinguistics Programming in which in many exercises we work in a generative trance: a state between the conscious and the unconscious for our self-knowledge. Because our conscious part is only 5% so we are going to try to unveil that 95% that is kept hidden in our unconscious and that without realizing it dominates our lives.

Your call It may not come at the first time, but NLP works the unconscious and even if you have been doing the exercise for a long time, suddenly doing anything your gift, your mission comes to you, you feel it in your body in your mind, and you project it far beyond that. This course is about finding your talent, your gift, but you will also have to connect with your past wounds or traumatic events, which are not only yours. We all carry wounds from our families, culture. Therefore, to live a full life you have to face both the light and the dark. We will dedicate sessions to also connect with our wounds to heal and transform them.

This whole journey is going to be aligned between your mind and your body because until the mission does not enter your muscles it is not alive. That is, we not only have to have it in our mind but feel it intensely in our body. And once we feel it in our body and mind we will go beyond this as well. To a higher mind.

You can answer your call, your mission or not. It is your decision and it is very respectable. And you can attend to it now or wait for a call in a while. Each person awakens when the time comes; you have to respect the individual process. Although if you do not find that vocation, that call, it is likely that you will feel unhappy, unhappy, confused and lost and that at the end of your life you will have a feeling of not having had a meaningful life.
