Fundamentals of Human Anatomy and Physiology Part 01

Fundamentals of Human Anatomy and Physiology Part 01

This course is equivalent to a first semester of Human Anatomy & Physiology, more commonly referred to as A&P1.  In A&P1, we will explore and discuss the foundations of biochemistry, anatomical terminology, cell physiology, genetics, metabolic function and nutrition, histology, integumental physiology, musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, and will end with a brief introduction to the nervous system.  We will go through and work on practice problems related to each of these concepts to help reinforce the material.

Upon completing this course, I strongly encourage you to continue with my Fundamentals of Human Anatomy and Physiology Part 02 course.  This is the equivalent to a second semester of Human Anatomy & Physiology or A&P2.  A&P2 will be a systems-based course where we will hit the ground running by going over a comprehensive analysis of the nervous and sensory systems.  We continue by talking about the endocrine systems, the cardiovascular system, rental system, lymphatic and immune systems, gastrointestinal systems, and wrap up the “semester” by going over the male and female reproductive systems.

While my goal is to go over all of the fundamentals as comprehensively as possible, the onus is still on you to make sure you understand what I have gone over.  Play and replay my videos as many times as necessary until the material sticks.
