This course introduces students to the fundamental and advance concepts and features of the AutoCAD (2D) computer-assisted-drafting program. This is a course which attempts to cover useful and advance software commands and functions as possible in order to help students to become competent and capable operators. The questionnaires (which build upon each other) are designed to clearly illustrate the AutoCAD commands while reiterating industrial drawing standards. In most questions, the student will be introduced to new CAD commands, operations and techniques that will provide the student with the necessary practice for skill development. The students should have, but not necessary, to have basic knowledge of AutoCAD (any version since its inception), should have CAD background or certification or should possess diploma in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architect or equivalent) or Bachelor's degree in similar background.
