Leadership is a priority. So is the governance of a school. The module targets and initiates the leadership at work in a school environment with requisites towards excellence in particular. The idea is towards making learning a priority. It covers the spectrum of quality literacy at large in conception towards engaging the kids, the students, the staff and the parents as one of the most important stakeholders. We do feel and understand that leadership is not confined to the single chair on the top of the chain, it is a characteristic required at all levels from the door man to the top management in action.

The module activates school leadership, the activation of the concept of  Educational leadership as the process of enlisting and guiding the talents and energies of teachers, pupils, and parents toward achieving common educational aims in totality. The module also penetrates on the motto of School leadership which as per the research findings is second only to teaching among school-related factors in its impact on student learning. The spectrum also reveals the segment towards managing the progress via the drafted conditions for high-quality teaching which are of the prime requisite towards healthy teaching and learning as one of the important factors in determining whether teachers stay in high-needs schools.  The leadership is also mentored towards paging and honing High-quality principals whose suggestions are vital to the effectiveness of the schools in particular.
