This is the second part of the Finance for Non finance course. In this course I have taken a practical example of starting a business till closing the books and creating the Financial Statements. The Procure to pay or purchase to pay cycle to Order to Cash cycle is covered and all the entries that cover the entries business cycles are created to give a detailed view of the business. The course has been kept simple for the users to grasp the concepts in more detail than the basic course but comprehensive enough to cover the business scenario for a normal business.

The course starts with:

  1. Conceptualizing of a business idea and then showing the way to create the same, along with the accounting entries

  2. Purchase and Sales cycle, the twp main cycles are covered in brief to give the learner an understanding the way to show the working of a business

  3. Purchase cycle in detail, in this chapter the purchase cycle is covered in detail with the accounting entries showing the way it is done in an erp system.

  4. Sales cycle in detail, this chapter covers the Order to sell cycle and shows how an inventory is managed.

  5. The monthly expenses which a normal business has and accounting entries for the same.

  6. The course then ends with creation of Trial balance and the Financial statements


The practical guide for maintaining the financial transactions in a real business scenario.
