It goes without saying that leaders at all levels are consistently searching for ways to get greater results from their teams. This course shows team leaders how to obtain substantial performance and innovation impact by "better leveraging" key elements of human-to-human interaction. The course is designed to have leaders learn and incorporate the human-to-human interaction system to increase productivity and revenue by reducing hidden waste in the day-to-day interaction process.

Business can be thought of as a game that is oriented toward the future. Part of the purpose of the game is to provide continuous customer satisfaction that opens the possibility of an ongoing working relationship.
