The 7 Week Shanti Prenatal Course is carefully designed for you to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for your birth adventure.

Each video is approximately one hour and is centered around a theme. You learn how to be a "Birth Warrior", what to do in the "Labor Room" and practice " Daily Balance" exercises and tips for overall well being.
Each session is a balanced blend of prenatal yoga poses, breathing, relaxation, birth preparation and birth education along with supporting documents.

Content:

Prenatal Yoga : movement and postures to support your transforming body, improve blood & lymph circulation, alleviate common ailments, prepare the pelvis for birth and more. All the poses are suitable to practice in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation : Relaxation is key to a favorable birth. Learn how to calm the mind and release tiredness and tension from the body.

Pain Management : learn breathing techniques, movements and golden tips, such as birth affirmations and the use of a birth ball to manage contractions effectively during the different stages of labor

Pushing Methods : learn step by step how to push effectively and explore different pushing positions and understand their benefits.

Birth Education: Align with your body's natural birthing wisdom, understand what happens in your body during labor and pushing. Also learn about prenatal and pelvic floor care during pregnancy and delivery
