This course focuses on supporting the student with resolving parental resentment. As we know, it is a process; however, their steps you can follow to support you on your journal. This course allows the student to not only think through and explore their relationship with their parent but also examine their role and how it has contributed to the dysfunction. This course educates the student on concepts such as compassion, consideration and care and their role in productive relationships. It challenges the student to explore boundaries and become more aware of themselves and their needs. This course is geared towards individuals who have struggled to forgive their parents, resolve their resentment towards them and or support them in building a relationship with their parents. This course provides education on boundaries and communication to support the student with following through in their commitment to resolve outstanding resentment. It provides extensive resources to support their continued healing process and encourages therapy. It allows for the participant to practice self-awareness by exploring their unresolved and untapped emotions. It creates a space for the student to understand the process of healing, resolution and forgiveness and make choices based on a balance of love and logic.
