In this course you will learn alternate ways to help you lose weight and maintain your ideal weight.  There are no fad diets or extreme exercise regimes. The material presented in this course is designed for you to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.  The course takes a holistic approach to weight loss as there are often several contributing factors involved when people gain weight in the first place.

Some of the issues we examine are current eating habits and behaviors?

Any emotional issues related to food and weight, depression, sadness, loneliness.

We look stress and it’s impact on your weight.  What are your triggers for unhealthy eating?

We look at sleep patterns and exercise regime and much more.

We will be looking at the physical, emotional and mental aspects of weight loss.  You’ll explore the underlying reasons for your weight gain and powerful tools such as EFT and hypnosis and visualizations to help you shed the pounds and keep them off allowing you to look and feel the way you want.  If you commit to practicing the techniques and guidance on this course you will lose weight and keep it off.
