TAEKWONDO - White Belt Course

Welcome to our TAEKWONDO Program taught by Master Sung. W. Kahng. Master Kahng is a 5th Degree Black Belt and has been teaching for the past 20 years. Taekwondo is a Korean Traditional Martial Arts. It is composed of Hand techniques, Kick techniques, Sparring Techniques, Self Defense techniques, and POOMSAE (FORMS – Patterned movements). Teaching of weapon is also taught in this course. Not only does Martial Arts offer physical improvements, but it also emphasizes on discipline and confidence. Through training with spirit and consistency, students will obtain higher levels of discipline and confidence, ultimately leading to personal achievements.

In this White Belt Course, students will learn the basics of Taekwondo, White Belt Hand, Kick, Self Defense, Sparring, Poomsae, and Nunchuk weapon techniques. Students will have the opportunity to challenge their physical and mental aspects in each sections and lessons. By the end of this course, students will grow in both physical strength and mental discipline. Students who complete this course will be able to perform all White Belt curriculum and be ready to take on the challenge of Yellow Belt Course.

This course is designed for students to practice at the comfort of their own space. If you have an open space, or even in your room, you can learn and train in the art of Taekwondo.
