Hi, I’m Kevin, and until recently I was in exactly the same scenario I described above. In fact, it was much worse than that but I'll spare you all the details. Trying to sleep during the night, only to end up looking at my alarm clock wondering how long I have before I have to wake up and face the day ahead of me. When I did eventually almost fall asleep, I would feel my mind overthinking everything and anything that I had gone through the day before and wondering what was going to happen in the day that was coming.

It wasn't until I sat down and researched what worked in theory and then went through the trial and error of trying stuff out in the real world to see what works and what doesn't, that I actually found a solution that made sense to me and worked the way I wanted it to.
