All of us have that hidden desire to be a LEADER - because of the aura associated with this one word. In our daily lives, at work and at play.

We try hard, yet most of us fail. We try shortcuts. We despair.

It is not that we are lacking in desire or capability.

Mostly it is the approach that we take. Let us change that.

This is a leadership course designed to discover the Leader in you. It is a steppingstone for you to start your leadership journey - the first step towards greatness. A few basic things that you must do, a few that you must be cautious of and finally committing yourself to a list of actions - what you must do. All of this done through a series of progressive lectures, assignments and quiz that sets your approach right.

Leaders become role models for many. This is the reason as to why they must build themselves up to do the right things and be the right kind of role model for the rest. Only then can the world become a better place.

This course cannot be completed just be listening to lecture videos. It is about introspection. So, doing the exercises is a must, and if you need feedback, do send me a message.
