Crash Course for SCPro L1 Certification

Crash Course for SCPro L1 Certification

Welcome to the Study Guide, from Crash Course for CSCMP SCPro L1 Certification.

The Videos as well as this Study guide will help you get prepared for the exam. The content was curated from 3 different sources: the e-book “Leveraging SCM to drive organizational success” (20 modules), the ILE Interactive Learning Exam from CSCMP, and professional experience from experts.

The crash course contains 8 modules, and under each module, you will find between 5-12 subtopics, questions, and some math problems if applicable. There is also a Study Guide that we highly recommend downloading and using along with the videos, as there are many practice questions as well as the formulas sheet.

  • Module 1: Supply chain concepts

  • Module 2: Demand Planning (The most theory)

  • Module 3: Procurement

  • Module 4: Manufacturing and Service Operations

  • Module 5: Transportation

  • Module 6: Inventory Management (This is where we spent the most time with our calculator!)

  • Module 7: Warehousing

  • Module 8: Order fulfillment and customer Service

NOTE: It is highly recommended for you to have already some Supply Chain experience or know Supply Chain concepts before taking this crash course. If you don’t have Supply chain experience or a Supply chain degree, please consider taking CSCMP Fundamentals exams one by one instead, as they are much easier and shorter.
