Greetings, and thank you for your interest in trying my energy movement and healing routine, YuHe – or ‘healing’ – Qigong. Qi (pronounced “Chi” from the Chinese language) means ‘Energy’, and Gong means ‘Work’. So, this exercise routine is both translated as and literally enables ‘Healing Energy Work.’
Qigong is all about moving subtle life-energy. If you don’t have much experience with qigong, I encourage you to watch the free sample videos, including a practical exercise or two, and judge for yourself. This routine is specifically designed so that even those with no background in qigong will be able to feel the energy, which is what makes it so unique.
I developed YuHe Qigong after many years of research and thousands of hours of practice of Chinese, Indian, and other ancient and contemporary energy movement systems. I was searching for the best energy movement exercises that could help one proceed on the path of spiritual development.
In this particular routine, which I named YuHe Qigong, I found a fortuitous side-effect that could tangibly benefit all of humanity: I was able to overcome some very serious joint and tendon pains, and it turns out that this routine accomplished the goal of regained health, comfort and fitness for me over a short, 30-day period of 20- to 30-minute daily practice sessions. These pains were in my knees, hips, right elbow and bicep tendons, left pectoral tendon, as well as my left shoulder, and upper and lower back – muscles, ligaments, ribs, and spine. Frankly, I was a mess and in constant pain though relatively young in my mid-40s, before this routine helped me take back control of my own health. What a relief this discovery was for me because it created a viable path to get back out and enjoy my life with my family and friends – and most importantly for me – without the need for toxic drugs or life-altering surgeries. I am confident, based on thousands of years of therapeutic qigong practice in China as well as numerous government and university-led research studies concerning the benefits of qigong, that my own experience with life-energy manipulation to obtain a better state of health is not unique, and others can follow this path if they will simply invest the time to try it out for themselves.
This course includes video instructions, practical exercises, two complete routines to follow -- with and without voice-over instructions -- as well as a course manual and supplemental reading materials. Together, the student will learn the entire YuHe Qigong system, its background including why and how it works, and understand how the routine is put together for both the physical and mental aspects of the program. There are bonus sections that also highlight multiple methods for energetic self-healing, concerns to watch out for in other qigong routines, and research leads for qigong exercises to combat specific ailments, in addition to my YuHe Qigong system, as well as using the activated life-energy generated in a variety of the exercises to help turbo-charge your healing, or to employ the energy for manifestation using the law of attraction.
