Loss is able to create a very powerful and profoundly deep level of pain. The feelings that are attached to and coupled with that of loss are plentiful...anger...shock...uncertainty through modification, change can be extremely difficult to deal with. If we do not deal with these feeling and they are left unchecked, they can cascade out of control....they can convert themselves into more deeply damaging feelings. When we rest under this umbrella of darkness for too long, we sometimes get stuck. The void that is created can bring more and more pain. This course can assist tremendously with your healing process. Grief has a timespan in itself, it itself has it's own lifespan, in this course you will learn how to use that timeframe to heal and come back stronger. As a counsellor and life coach, I have assisted hundreds in creating a way to deal with the emotional and mental pain associated with loss.
