The entire universe is made of energy; the human body is a magnificent dynamo within this field. For thousands of years, countless healing systems have professed that health and wellness are created by the harmonious movement of internal energy, called Chi, Prana, or Life Force. Long before the dawn of scientific materialism, ancient cultures discovered our human bodies have 7 primary energy centres, the 7 chakras.

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
