Document Control Management – Transmittal

Participants will be able to understand What is Transmittal how they are managed and controlled.

Transmittal a covering note which generally used in Engineering companies to send the drawings and documents to external clients

CORRESPONDENCE MANAGEMENT

Participants will learn what are different types of correspondence and how they are controlled in the organisation from their creation to close out.

A very important aspect to manage the correspondence in project execution as the closing of the correspondence is very important after it is received from the external parties and what will be  the advantages and disadvantages is taught in this part of lecture

VENDOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Vendor Documentation flows into the organisation till they are approved to be used in the internal design, how it is controlled is taught in this topic.

FINAL DOCUMENTATION

Participants will understand why final documentation done and how they are prepared in the projects after they are completed.
