This course is presented through a Relational Learning lens to challenge your Emotional Intelligence in a fun way.

The goal of this challenge is to increase awareness of your behavioral tendencies that result from both positive and negative emotions.  The exercise included aim to:

1. help you analyze your emotion regulation strategies and consider more effective alternatives.

2. take a closer look at your emotional skills and assess these skills through an emotionally intelligent lens.

3. develop emotional self-awareness and over time become intuitive to acknowledge your emotional states.

In these exercise, you will be asked to reflect on some questions about your emotions and the way you deal with these emotions. Emotional intelligence is defined as the degree to which we can understand our and other people’s emotions and control and use them to improve ourselves.

Wise expression of emotion means that one considers both the short-term and long-term consequences for others when expressing emotions.

Emotionally intelligent people understand how the expression of their emotions influences other people. This awareness of the social effects of emotions means they can express emotions wisely, considering the consequences of their emotional expression.
