This video series is designed to give you efficient, easy step by step ways to use and dive into your qi gong practice. They are your guide, your inner teacher; they focus on the movement to do to help the Qi circulate all inside and outside your body. These wonderful movements use the body as a way to calm the mind, activate internal energy, and awaken spiritual energy for deep inner connection.  The videos are a great medium to experience and learn movements.

Initially, you should follow the practices in the order in which they’re presented. After that, you can use your own wisdom and the information gathered in your mind and heart to determine how to get the most out of the program.
