Hello, my name is Natalia,

I am an international business management expert, author, and a true mentor at heart.

What I bring to today with career coaching is a decade of my own rich management consulting experience with a focus on business and economic strategy, public policy and international trade. I am also known for my organizational management credentials having served in leadership positions, establishing and running successful business units of both private and public sector organizations, where aside other things I've been hiring and managing amazingly talented people.

I am an author and researcher in the area of management psychology, leadership, team management, and organizational change, running my business blog "Nsycheva".

When it comes to coaching first and foremost I am a practitioner. During my 15 years of youth coaching experience I’ve identified and formulated an effective methodology, with the key principles as follows:
