Throughout the 21 days of this program you will learn the basic principles of yoga, meditation and conflict transformation. Beginners are welcome and are encouraged.

Learning the physical motions is only a small piece of yoga. Yoga is about becoming in your daily life. Learning and then implementing principles that can increase your trust in yourself. Listening to your body is a skill that can be learned no matter how young or old you may be.

In this course you will explore how breathing, alignment and vision can be applied to your physical yoga practice as well as your spiritual and energetic life practice. Become an observer of all that is going on in your mind, body, and soul. If you are ready to expand your awareness so that you can better your character and relationship with yourself, then this is the course for you.
